How It All Comes Together

One of our senior stonemasons will visit you at your property, with a full range of samples, just so you can be sure you have selected the correct one for your colour scheme.

The stone mason will run through your order and double check all your dimensions and requirements, ie where you would like the cutouts, tap holes and drainer grooves positioning.

At this stage you will also be given the opportunity to request any finishing touches, such as edge profiles and rounded corners; you can also discuss the possibilities of adding extra items to the order such as window sills and splash backs etc. if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask your templater. He will also give you his number so you can contact him if you have any after thoughts.

To ensure a smooth template we require all your base units to be fitted and they must be level. This is required before our arrival. We cannot fit stone on uneven surfaces as this will cause joint failure in the near future.

We will require your appliances, such as sinks and hob/cooker to also be on site; your templater will require the sink to enable the stonemasons to make a precision cut into the stone, he may need to take the sink away with him if there is no sink template in the box.

After the physical template/site survey is complete, your stonemason will return to our state of the art factory in the Yorkshire Wolds. Our fabrication team will set upon manufacturing your worksurfaces.

Once the worksurfaces are fully installed, you will be given the opportunity to check everything is to your satisfaction before the stone masons start packing up their tools.

Upon satisfactory completion the senior stone mason will present you with your invoice, this is to be paid to our office before the stonemasons leave, this is for your protection, if you have any questions or concerns you can discuss with the office before the van is on its way home. We accept all major credit or debit cards.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any third parties.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellations made after the template will incur a 50% charge. All other cancellations must be made in writing before the template is carried out.

We do not accept deposits, so in any cases a refund will not be given once the stone is installed in your property unless the stone is faulty and a representitive has visited the site to make a report.

All our workmanship is guaranteed for twelve months from the installation date and the stoneware guarantee is determinded by the manufacturer of the quartz, 5 – 30 years depending on brand.
